-1990-1996 Billet production was carried out in Alçin Aluminum/İstanbul using Hertwich horizontal aluminum billet casting machine and double chamber fixed melting furnace continuous casting method.
1996 - 2022
- Between 1996-2002, the yerli horizontal billet casting system was commissioned and operated in Asaş Aluminum with responsibility for 3 years in extrusion.
- Between 2001-2022, 2 Wagstaff and Hunger billet casting lines were installed.
-2001-2022 4 Reverber type melting furnaces, 2 Snif degassing Units, 2 ceramic filters, 7 Wagstaff billet casting tables, 2 bath type homogeneous and 1 cooling unit in the production line,_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ Hertwich horizontal homogeneous furnace and ultrasound test station were commissioned and 1xxx,6xxx,7xxx series billets were produced in 6 different diameters.
-2001-2022 In order to achieve standard quality production in the billet production line, Hydro and Pyrotek supervisors carried out quality billet production studies at international standards from time to time.
- In billet production, the effects of melting, casting conditions, chemical analysis, internal structure, homogeneous heat treatments on profile surface and mechanical properties in extrusion, results that have been continuously researched by TÜBİTAK and EU projects have been utilized in production.
- Studies on the investment and commissioning of ABB under-furnace magnetic stirrer systems were carried out between 2015-2022.
- In 2012 and 2016, workshops on billet casting practices for quality billet production were attended in Frankfurt and Istanbul, and in this framework, 5 leading billet foundries in Europe were consulted. interview visits were made .

Various alloy billet casting trials were carried out and researches were carried out with the ARGE mini casting machine using -natural gas crucible furnace.
-- Between 2006 and 2009, changes and improvements were made in all areas by leading the kaizen committee in TPM and 5S activities for clean, orderly and minimum breakdown production in all extrusion production lines.
- 2012-2022 Trainings on billet crack and void controls with ultrasound and level 2 certified expertise and certified competence from ÇNAEM for radiation controls in raw materials were gained.
